Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) & Physician Assistant (PA) – Primary Care Services

Position Overview: We are currently seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to join our healthcare team. These roles will focus on providing primary care services, specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, and preventive medicine. The ideal candidates will have experience in reproductive health and be proficient in managing long-acting reversible contraception (LARC). Skills in colposcopy, anoscopy, and wound care are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Focus on family medicine, internal medicine, and preventive medicine to promote overall patient wellness.
• Manage reproductive health services, with a particular focus on long-acting reversible contraception (LARC).
• Perform colposcopy, anoscopy, and wound care procedures as needed (preferred but not required).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Physician Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Arizona
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related subspecialties.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
• Experience in reproductive health and the management of long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) is highly desirable.
• Skills in colposcopy, anoscopy, and wound care are preferred.

Mid-Level Practitioner (NP & PA) Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of experience providing primary care services, with a focus on reproductive health.
• Skills in colposcopy and anoscopy are highly desirable.
• Must have the appropriate licensure for practice in Arizona.

Licensure & Credentialing:

• All candidates must have valid licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Arizona.
• Must complete required credentialing and background checks for the provision of services.
