Private Practice Podiatrist

We at Bellagio Foot & Ankle are seeking a skilled podiatrist to join our medical staff. The successful candidate will provide patients with comprehensive foot and ankle treatment in addition to diagnosing and treating a range of foot conditions.

Duties:
- Conduct foot examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat foot disorders, injuries, and diseases
- Perform surgical procedures on the foot and ankle
- Prescribe medications and orthotic devices
- Educate patients on foot health and preventative care
- Maintain accurate patient records

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to catheterize when necessary
- Experience in radiation therapy for foot conditions
- Proficiency in administering injections for pain relief
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, particularly related to the foot and ankle
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) used in podiatry
- Skill in dermabrasion techniques for foot conditions
- Proficient in medical terminology related to podiatry
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Understanding of CT scans for diagnosing foot issues
