Position Details:
Role: Critical Care Physician
Location: El Paso, Texas
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Options: Full-time preferred; part-time and locum tenens available
Compensation & Incentives:
Full-Time Salary: $500,000 base with potential up to $750,000/year based on WRVUs
Locum Rate: $208/hour
Signing Bonus: $25,000 (full-time)
Relocation: $10,000 (full-time)
Benefits (full-time): Health/dental/vision, 4 weeks PTO + 6 holidays, $5,000 CME + 1 CME week
